SOVRA / The Public Escrow proposal
A public reserve.
Released by rules.
A digital currency built around public participation. A shared reserve, opened through transparent rules.
SOVRA proposes a shared Public Escrow where members of the public can participate by purchasing SOVG under published contract rules. Those purchases would release tokens from the reserve into circulation. The proposed fixed maximum is 1 trillion SOVG.
The proposed public purchase limit starts at US$1 a day per wallet in Year 1, rising to US$10 a day in Year 10, subject to available supply and final rules. Participation is voluntary. This is a spending limit, not a payout or a guarantee of equal participation per person.
